PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (PNS) DI BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL (BPN) KOTA BOGOR
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational climate on employee performance partially or simultaneously at the National Land Agency of Bogor City. To find out the most dominant variables and how much is the determination of leadership style and organizational climate on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 49 employees consisting of all civil servants (PNS) of the Bogor City National Land Agency. Sampling using saturated samples. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 38 respondents. Methods of data collection using surveys and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) leadership style partially significant effect on employee performance. 2) Organizational climate has a significant partial effect on employee performance. 3) Leadership style and organizational climate have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. 4) The leadership style variable is the variable with the most dominant influence on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in the National Land Agency of Bogor City, seen from the results obtained at 0.676. 5) The amount of determination found that leadership style and organizational climate have an influence of 0.904 or 90.4%.
