Abstract

The use of digital marketing in micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) is an important step in expanding market reach and improving competitiveness. Dodol Hj. Itoh, known for its traditional dodol products, faces challenges in increasing product visibility in the digital age. Through this community service activity, digital marketing was applied using various platforms such as social media and online marketplaces. This program aims to provide understanding and skills in utilizing digital marketing for UMKM Dodol Hj. Itoh. The results show an increase in social media traffic and sales transactions through digital platforms. In conclusion, digital marketing can help UMKM increase market reach and create new opportunities in a broader market.
