PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE, RETURN ON ASSET DAN RETURN ON EQUITY TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN CONSUMER GOODS SUB SEKTOR TOBACCO MANUFACTURERS YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2014-2018
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Asset (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE), on Stock Returns in Tobacco Manufacturers' Consumer Goods Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The results of the partial hypothesis test (t test) show that EPS has a significant effect on stock returns. ROA has no significant effect on stock returns with a tcount value of 0.925157 which is smaller than the ttable value of 1.74588 with a value of 0.3686 which is greater than 0.05. And ROE has no significant effect on stock returns with a tcount value of 0.990193 which is smaller than the ttable value of 1.74588 with a value of 0.3368 greater than 0.05. Hypothesis test results (F test) show that the variables Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Asset (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) together have a significant effect on stock returns in consumer goods companies, with a value of Fcount 3.420935 greater than the Ftable value of 3.20 with a (F-statistic) value of 0.042811 smaller than 0.05
