Abstract

This study aims to analyze the service quality of making a driving license on community satisfaction at the Bogor Police. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study is the Accidental Sampling technique. From the results of the analysis of the service quality of making a driving license at the Bogor Police using the SQ method, it is known that the overall average value of the 14 indicators described in 28 questions is -0.69. The results of the analysis using the CSI method, the value obtained was 79.436%. And from the results of calculations regarding the level of conformity, the results are 85.132%. The results showed that the service quality of making a driving license at the Bogor Police had to be improved so that the public felt very satisfied with the performance of the Bogor Police.
